Calls go to voicemail instead
Usually a voicemail setting answering before forwarding does.
Your no answer, busy and unreachable forwarding should point to your TensifyX number, not to your carrier’s voicemail.
On iPhone, Live Voicemail can answer before forwarding does. Turn it off if calls go there.
On Optus, a shorter ring time sends unanswered calls on sooner.
